RETURN POLICY
When receiving your package you have the right to return the product for 14 days. If you decide to return the product you will be responsible for the shipping cost.
The products must have their original tag, packaging and contain everything that followed in the delivery. You are not allowed to return a product that has been used, is dirty or have been washed. The hygiene liner cannot be removed or broken. If any of the products are soiled or do not match the criterias above the return will not be accepted.
We do not accept returns of sale items.
To return a product, kindly send us an email at contact@loanathelabel.com. Please tell us why you want to return the product (broken, wrong size etc) along with your order number.
REFUNDS
If the return matches all the criterias, a full refund will be made. The time for refund may take up to 14 days and will be made to the same card as you placed your order with. The refund will not include the shipping cost.
We can only give you your refund after we have received your return.
If the products disappear due the postal office handling, there must be a proof of when the return has been made and that the product is on its way back for us to make a refund.
EXCHANGE
If you want to change your item into another size or color, this will be possible depending on our stock. Send us an email at contact@loanathelabel and tell us what you want to exchange.
In exchanging an item you will be responsible for the cost of shipping.
We do not accept exchanges on sale items.
